Klarity Foundry was founded by Yuree Hong on the belief that clarity isn’t found by pushing harder - it’s found by creating space.
After years of seeing how external success can still feel shaky without inner clarity, we built a grounded approach that works at the root - clearing the noise, restoring balance, and supporting cleaner decisions.

Meet the Founder
Klarity Foundry is led by Yuri Hong, a Usui Reiki Master trained in Bali..
She spent over a decade working within global startups and consulting, navigating high-growth environments, complexity, and constant change. Through this work, she developed a strong ability to step back from the noise, recognise patterns, and understand systems at their root - an approach that shaped her perspective on leadership, clarity, and decision-making.
Klarity Foundry emerged from this integration; a space where refinement, perspective, and energetic alignment are forged into clarity.

Her Reiki practice follows the Usui lineage: Dr. Mikao Usui → Dr. Chujiro Hayashi → Hawayo K. Takata → Phyllis Lei Furumoto → Ma Deva Subuddhi → Ma Deva Pyaso → Juliette Munro → Chatherine Wheeler → Melani Koch → Yuree Hong
She is now based in Berlin, where she offers in-person Reiki Clarity Sessions alongside online sessions for clients around the world.
